MEP Operation and Maintenance Engineer in Qatar

To schedule all maintenance activities and planpreventativemaintenanceinaccordancewiththemanufacturer’sPPMinstructions.

To utilize manpower with maximum efficiency in order to minimize idle periods of them.

Good interpersonal and communication skills are necessary
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required
Reactive maintenance including emergency maintenance and repairservices;
Responsive maintenance for the Common Use Facilities and Common Property(includingcommon utility rooms &facilities)
Building and operation of a maintenance service Health and SafetyPlan;
Routine maintenance and repair of the electrical, mechanical and HVACsystems
Routine, periodic and visual inspection of the Common Property Maintained Assets andbuildingelements;
Independent inspection and preparation of reports in accordance with statutoryrequirements,and the preparation and provision of tests and sample areas for inspection by Clientincludingchemicalanalysistests,registers,recordsanddocumentationinaccordancewith international bestpractice.
Utilization of a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software)system or similar which will record items such as but not limited to; alltheCommonPropertyBuildingelementsandMaintainedAssets,PPMSchedulesand PPM Reports, VarianceReports;
Beingresponsibleforthemaintenanceofanypipes,drains,ducts,conduits,watercourses,cables,channels or other things which located throughout the Common UseFacilities and CommonProperty;
Taking all reasonable measures to prevent the blockage of pipes, ducts, conduits,watercourses andchannels.
Provision of all resources, tools, equipment (including any computer equipment andsoftware),materials, spares, replacement parts and consumables, and oils andgreases:
RegularscheduledinspectionsoftheCommonUseFacilitiesandCommonProperty,asrequested by The Client, to establish and confirm the continued availabilityand functionality of the Maintained Assets and BuildingElements;
Security of access to all plant and equipment for authorized persons;and
Compliance with all Health & Safety rules andregulations
