Hyderabad: Sadath Education and Welfare Society is organizing a two-day conference on “Educational backwardness of Muslims: Reasons and our responsibilities in the context of Sachar Committtee Report”. The inaugural function will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Madina Education Center. Prof. S.A. Shukoor, President of the Society will preside over the function. Prof. Mohammed Suleman Siddiqui, former VC of OU will present keynote address. Mr. Raheemullah Khan Niyazi, former Chairman of Urdu Academy will welcome the quests. Maulana Qubool Pasha Suttari, Mufti Khaleel Ahmed, Mufti Sadiq Mohiuddin, Mr. Zafar Javeed, Mr. Shah Alam Rasool Khan and Iftakhar Ahmed will be the guests of honour.
Prof. Masood Ahmed Khan, Dr. Aleem Ashraf Jaisi (MANUU), Mr. Mustafa Ali Sarwari (MANUU), Prof. Masood Ahmed Khan and Mr. K.M. Arifuddin will speak on this occasion.
On the next day, Prof. Mohammed Iqbal Ali, former VC of Satavahana University will present keynote address. Mr. Khaleequr Rahman will welcome the guests, Maulana Akbar Nizamuddin, Dr. Mohammed Habeeb Ghutala, Mr. Syed Ahmed Advocate, Hafeez Peer Shabbir Ahmed, Mr. Syed Masood Ali Advocate and Dr. Fakharuddin Mohammed (MESCO) will be the guests of honour. Prof. Abdul Qayum, Prof. Mustafa Shareef, Mr. Ziauddin Naiyyar, Mr. Kamaluddin Ali Khan, Hafiz Mohammed Osman (Imam of Makkah Masjid) and Dr. Shaik Siyadat Ali will address the gathering.
