Hyderabad: During the interrogation on Akbaruddin Owaisi attack case, a witness deviated from his recorded statement. Abdul Khader Saleh, in his statement informed the court that in the statement he gave to the police, he had not told that Mohammed Pahelwan had used his cell phone number 9391030634 during the attack. He also clearly told that the evidence police has produced in the court has his signature and seal which he is unaware of. He informed that he had taken reliance cell phone connection 14 years back. Before proceeding to foreign countries, he had handed over his CDMA mobile phone to his close relative, Mohammed bin Saleh Dahlan.
Govt. pleader declared that the witness has deviated from his previous statement. The hearing of Akbaruddin Owaisi Attack Case is in progress.
