Mumbai: MS Dhoni: The most awaited films of the year, The Untold Story which is to be release on September 30 year, it’s the most awaited film not because Sushant Singh Rajput is the lead actor but because it’s a biopic on the one of the country’s favorite cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
According to the news published in the Indian Express, In Sushant’s point of view Dhoni himself is a great actor. He said in an interview, “He (Dhoni) is a very good actor. If you watch one of the videos we did, where he is asking me what’s there in the film, the scripted lines were just five-six. I came up with some lines, just like that and he reacted on them. Then I reacted, and then he did. So he is a very good actor.”
We don’t disagree with the Kai Po Che actor because Dhoni approached for a film and even agreed to act in 2010, he acted in a film called Hook Ya Crook directed by David Dhawan. The film was based on cricketer’s life who’s lead actor was John Abraham but unfortunately it never got a chance to release. It also had Kay Kay Menon and Genelia D’Souza.
The film’s IMDB page still has Dhoni’s name in it.
Dhoni shared this piece of news in a short video he did the film with Sushant. Interestingly, he is very active in the promotion of the film clicking pictures, making videos and sharing on social media.
The Untold Story has created a lot of buzz since the release of its teaser and people just can’t wait for the movie.
