Hyderabad: On the occasion of 2nd Telangana Formation Day, Dept. of Minorities Welfare organized three cultural programs for Urdu knowing people. They are Mushaira, Sham-e-Gazal and Qawali. Mushaira was held at Quli Qutub Shah Stadium. Mr. A.K. Khan, DGP of ACB, Prof. S.A. Shukoor, Director of Urdu Academy attended Mushaira. Mr. Aslam Farshoori conducted the Mushaira.
Sham-e-Gazal was organized at Indoor Stadium of Fateh Maidan wherein noted gazal singer, Mr. Talat Aziz entertain the audience. Mr. Syed Omer Jaleel and Mr. A.K. Khan attended the program. Qawali program was organized at Urdu Maskan. Salim brothers, Warisi brothers and Ahsan Husain Khan Bandanawazi presented Sufi Poems.
