New Delhi: Katha Vyaas Shree Paramhans Swami Agmanand ji Maharaj interprets the teachings propounded in the Shrimad Bhagwat Gita almost for free.
Swami ji, who will soon be addressing his followers, charges just Re. 1 to perform puja and chant Shrimad Bhagwat Katha in Delhi and Bihar.
Media spokeperson of Shivshakti Yog Peeth Committee, Shampu Singh said that a meeting was held in order to organise for this year’s preaching similar to that of previous year’s, adding “Kathawyas- Paramhans Swami was requested to give us his availability to perform second Katha in Delhi and another States, which he gladly agreed to.”
According to Singh, Katha is sold even before getting told and hence, people remain deprived of its true meaning. Now-a-days, it gets broadcasted live in various TV channels in a very professional way, losing its message and relevance.
He added that Katha is a medium to introduce people to God.
Shree Ajeet, Shree Gangesh, Shree Nikesh, Shree DN Thakur and Shree Kaushal were present in the meeting. (ANI)
