A leading construction company based in Dubai, specialized in construction works (villas, buildings, factories etc.) is looking for a reliable FEMALE DOCUMENT CONTROLLER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR with minimum 2 years’ experience. You will be responsible for Organization, File documentation, Prepares reports, Typing correspondence, Monitors office operations, Maintain updated records, Tracks office supply & site inventory etc.

JOB SKILLS:

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to use computer, rapidly input data, retrieve
records and information.

* Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.

* Knowledge in use of Microsoft Office
and selected job specific software.

* Highly organized ability to organize work load, to manage filing methods, management techniques and flexible.

* Ability to multitask, to keep clear, accurate records, reports and meet changing deadlines.

* Must be self directed and able to complete projects with
limited supervision

* Maintains staff confidentiality.

REQUIREMENTS:

* College Graduate.

* At least 2 – 5 years related work experience in office admin, documentation and control

* Knowledge of Engineering disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.

* Visit Visa, Tourist Visa and Cancelled Visa are welcome to apply.
