Job Responsibilities:
Manage day to day queries on tools support by responding appropriately and escalating to vendors or other internal teams as needed
Provide guidance to member firms on any issues related to the use of digital learning tools for devising learning solutions
Manage development tools and perform administrative tasks around tools related webinars, user group meetings etc.
Undertake proactive actions to ensure wider adoption of digital learning tools across global member firms
Design and deliver tools training program
Develop Salesforce solutions relating to the certification programs
Coordinate and participate in the testing of new tools or tool upgrade with OIM and vendors
Work with vendors to troubleshoot Brainshark learning objects, Articulate courseware and learning guide content
Use Articulate, Brainshark and other tools to work on minor updates to courseware and toolkits
Ensure all content and tools related information is up to date on SharePoint COE sites, our global intranet
Effectively manage regular tasks and projects; stick to schedule and communicate progress throughout the lifecycle
Conduct research and share findings on latest trends in the field of learning design
Identify and document new processes
Contribute to process improvement

Qualifications
Graduation in any stream, (2 3) years experience with knowledge centered support practices
Expert knowledge in authoring tools, such as Brainshark, Articulate Studio, Storyline, etc.
Advanced level of expertise with Microsoft PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Office applications and inter/ intra-net search techniques needed
Good presentation & visualization skills
Experience in learning new or proprietary tools / technologies
Experience troubleshooting project or technology issues until resolution
Experience in delivering training, both classroom and via online channels
Experience working with a global team in a virtual environment is preferred
Experience in Instructional design is preferred
Client management skills and the ability to work with various clients across geographies (preferred)
Familiarity with Saba Cloud learning management system, conceptual knowledge of HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication – capable at communicating ideas and solutions through either a written format (e. g. email) or verbal formats (e. g. , face-to-face or via telephone); ability to communicate need for clarification and guidance from management
Experience working with Salesforce is preferred, but not required
Prior experience in graphic designing and video editing software is an advantage
