The Role

NTS Group is working exclusively with a leading Pharmaceutical company in Jeddah, KSA to recruit a Commercial Excellence Manager. Reporting into the Market Access Director for the region and leading a team of two; Business Insights Manager & Field Training Manager this role is responsible for the following;

Forecasting, Business cases & Investment Analysis
– Analyses of market/competitive environment for the relevant therapeutic areas
– Analyses of brands performance (including sales and promotional investments monitoring, achievements vs. plan/budget & performance vs. key competitors)
– Collaboration with internal stakeholders to define key forecasting assumptions for strategic brand
– Development of local forecasting models for key brands & adapting regional forecasting models
– Reviews & discusses brand/portfolio performance with marketing teams and senior management
– Prepares required business cases for Biosimilars ; Scenario planning and Portfolio Analysis and discusses recommendations with key internal stakeholders
– Forecasting and launch readiness in alignment with BU until 2 years prior to launch

Organizational Readiness
– Ensure readiness for New launches: through monitoring of key deliverables prior to launch
– Ensure readiness for Biosimilars through monitoring of key organizational deliverables
– Tracking of Market Access Initiatives: Accelerate Presence platform; Execution of HTA tools

Leading organizational effectiveness & supports in establishing a performance driven culture
– Sales force effectiveness: Driving correlation between Financial deliverables with coaching focus and qualitative KPIs that includes CRM and activities monitoring
– Develop & implement “analytics training programs” to familiarize & up-scale the use of different analytics reports and data sources
– Defines on CI needs with stakeholders,: gaps identification, CI plan design , data analysis, dissemination of critical intelligence & associated recommendations & resources allocation

Leading the Commercial Excellence team
– Manages the deliverables of Sales Force Effectiveness & Business Analytics Manager & Training Manager
– Coaches & develops the Commercial Excellence team
– Allocates resources across all Commercial Excellence s key areas: PMR, SMR, CI, Forecasting, Business Analysis and Training
