JOB TITLE:Customer Service Representative
You will answer all calls and deal with all walk-in clients in a consistent and professional manner with high level of customer service.
To promote the companies personal lines products.
You should ensure that a high level of quality standards are applied to ensure correct information is obtained from the customer for the use of quotations, changes in policies and renewals.
To provide support to colleagues as to other areas of the personal lines department to alleviate short term resource issues and ensure smooth service to the customer.
You will be required to achieve the sales results and KPI’s for inbound and outbound calls set up by the manager.
You will need to adhere to the shift patterns as instructed by the manager.
