Job Description:
Work closely with our MD to create strategic IT road-map across multiple technologies and service lines
Need a hands on technology leader with expertise across a wide variety of technologies and platforms to align with the Company’s growth objectives globally
Be accountable for delivering the future product and technology road map
In partnership with the Executive Team, identify opportunities and risks for the continual improvement of the company’s platform & services
Our Products and Services (output)
Our Client engagement (user interfaces, customer experience, etc)
Our internal operations (increase productivity, communication, knowledge leverage, etc of our teams)
Drive commercial growth through technology innovation while ensuring the highest standards of operational performance
Manage conflicting stakeholder priorities in order to provide tangible business benefit through the CTO function
Influence, and inspire confidence with the Board, our clients, our suppliers and partners – and other executive members
Identify opportunities and risks for delivering the firms services, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles
Identify technology trends that may support or impede the success of the business
Establish governance processes to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organizations resources are used responsibly, particularly in the areas of software development, networks
Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend technologies that support organizational needs
Study the market trends on a periodic basis
Manage relationship with the other stakeholders and their work on any given offer and work on better collaboration models with the same.
