Job Description:
Greetings from W3 Global Talent Acquisition team.
We are looking for Sales Support Analyst with DELL ion Contractual Basis for period of 6 months which is extendable.
Experience: 4 years of experience in which 2 years experience in BPO/ITES.
Salary: Up to 40000 per Month
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential to have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in both and English
Ensure a high level of accuracy in data entry, regularly achieving and exceeding the reject targets set 4 years of overall experience, need to have at least 2+ years of BPO/ITES(Mandate)
BPO /Sales experience with MNC is a must(INTERNATIONAL)
Interacts with cross-functional groups for effective resolution of Sales issues, applies understanding of internal policies and procedures to resolve complex customer issues
Keep up to date with all product issues – End of Life products, New Product Introductions, shortages that are currently active within the business in order to eliminate order processing
Clearly and concisely log and track details of work done, and update relevant systems accordingly
Successfully manage projects assigned with high level of execution
