Job Responsibilities:
Processing of operations documents, including writing, updating and improving of SOPs for the Operations process
Processing & booking of purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, materials catalogues, delivery notes, goods receipts and other operations documents
Assist Supplier negotiations for large buys
Register and respond to PR or Operations related inquiries by clients/vendors
Be focal point and facilitate resolution of customer complaints.
