Job Description:
My client a large Insurance company based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is currently looking for a Global Programs Manager to join their dynamic team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will posses 5-7 years of experience in the GCC with an international insurance company or broker in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
To drive revenue generation
Create strategic partnerships in the market
High performance account management
Manage relations with local insurance companies and distributors
Identify cross selling opportunities and develop sales plans
Plan promotions, product pricing and presentations for direct clients

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
5-7 years of GCC experience in an international insurance company or broker
Robust knowledge of the Employee Benefits sector
Key account, relationship management experience is mandatory
Bachelor’s Degree
