Job Description:
Develop financial and tax strategies
Manage the capital and budgeting processes
Develop and monitor the financial performance measures that drive the company’s strategic direction
Understanding and mitigate key elements of the company’s risk profile.
Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that the business entity remains compliant and adheres to the various
established norms,governance standards and corrective actions required under various audits etc.
Supervise acquisitions due diligence and participate in the negotiations of
acquisitions, as and when required.
