Opening For HR Advisor ( HRBP )

Job Description:

Reporting directly to an HR Business Partner in a Country/Cluster, this role is a support role focused on assisting the HR Business Partner team within a Country as well as the Shared Services team to ensure seamless delivery in a Country of HR services; acts as a conduit between Business Partner and Shared Services. The HR Advisor is a facilitator for the development and implementation of professional people management policies, capabilities and practices working with Line Managers and the HR function. The role is also accountable for quality assuring the consistent delivery of HR policies and practices and working across the Country to continuously improve service.

– As a member of the GBS HR team support an unconditionally collaborative culture
– Support HR Business Partner and Shared Services team providing information as required to provide seamless transactional support to the Brand
– Assist with HR initiatives within the Country as required to ensure delivery of the people plan
– Uses HR insight to influence change initiatives at a tactical level
– Identifies opportunities for business improvement and recommends solutions
– Supports Managers as they conduct assessment and selection events which are fair, transparent, embrace Diversity and Equality standards and comply with policy
– Works in partnership with Managers to support the transition of new joiners and provides guidance to Managers on onboarding & sourcing induction materials
– In conjunction with Managers and HR colleagues, supports the development of detailed project plans to support the delivery of major change initiatives, identifying and managing risk
– Identifies and influences amendments to existing policies, practices and communications
– Seeks and identifies ways to resolve complex employee relations issues in accordance with policy and advises Managers accordingly
– Addresses and resolves employee relations difficulties by providing expert HR advice in the most complex and high risk cases.
– Coaches Managers to assess the capability and capacity of their team using appropriate tools, including factors such as behavior, attitudes, skills, organizational design
– Works with Managers to conduct Learning and Development needs analysis within their business area
– Works with Centres of Expertise and the HRBP to ensure the effective development of HR policies and practices to meet business needs
– Supports the effective implementation of policy changes by working with Managers to ensure they understand the rationale and impact of the change and what they need to do are fully recognized
– Seeks and acts on Customer feedback regarding HR Services, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
– Supports Managers in the interpretation of HR Management Information to inform business decisions
– Directs Managers to the most appropriate source of advice, ensuring that there are clear and well understood route ways to obtaining HR Services
