Job Description

Skill Set Required :

1)8 to 10 Years of Overall Experience in handling the Payroll for a Mid/Large Sized organization
2)Experience working in an NBFC/NBFC-MFI would be an added advantage
3)Should be well versed with the HR Compliances(Minimum Wages of different states in India/PT/PF/ESI/Leave Polices and other statutory regulations)
4)Excellent Analytical skills with high proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel usage
5)Should have worked on HRMS platform and HRMS payroll implementation experience would be an added advantage

Job Description:

Develop systems and processes with precision to handle the entire payroll for the organization
Design and implement Salary Structure, Benefits Administration, Incentive Policies and manage Reimbursements & claims with respect to Payroll
Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in employee data base which includes payroll changes, Transfers, insurance coverage, deductions, job titles, and interdepartmental movements
Work on Automation of entire payroll system to ensure error free computation and hassle free payroll operations. Should have hands on experience in managing payroll on the HRMS.
Benchmark industry best practices and come up with innovative and employee friendly compensation & Benefits philosophy
Identify and participate in the Compensation & Benefits surveys conducted by reputed institutions to ensure parity in the organization C&B policy with respect to the industry
Conduct payroll audit regularly to ensure all the regulations and compliances are met and adhered.
Design and Implement incentive policy and ensure the incentive calculations are done before the payroll cut off date
Process salaries and ensure Compensation and Benefits policy of the organization is adhered.
Prepares reports by compiling summary of earnings, taxes & deductions.
Prepare management reports in regular intervals and submit the same for review
Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies. Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.

Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
