The Role
Job purpose
To lead the development and execution of a holistic marketing strategy in line with the company’s overall targets for all our Colleges across the Kingdom.

Responsible for the effective tactical and operational leadership, and development of communication strategy both internal and external.

Responsible for the company’s website, managing and updating it, and using it as the main tool to promote the brand and company’s achievements.

Role also involves being the brand guardian, and ensuring that the brand is properly applied, and that its guidelines are strictly adhered to, maintained, and followed across the entire company.

Responsibilities
Lead the marketing operations of the company, starting with developing a marketing calendar that encompasses targets that need to be achieved around:

– Enrollment targets

– Events & Community Engagement targets

– Exhibition & Sponsorships targets

– Social Media Outreach targets

– Branding & Roll-out targets

– Media Presence targets

Development of cost effective marketing campaigns & marketing tools that consistently deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibility towards devising and implementing communications strategies that ensures that all stakeholders receive information and updates in a timely manner via, while raising Brand Awareness and Public Perception via:

– Newsletters

– Email Announcements

– Intranet

Responsibility of collaborating with other teams to collate and collect information and content for the newsletter, website, announcements and intranet.

Standardize use of branding across all collaterals – starting from simple letterheads & email signatures, to more complicated items like handbooks, forms, and templates – and ensuring that all stakeholders are onboard in maintaining a consistent use of the brand and its guidelines across the company.

Working in collaboration and partnership with other Academic & Operational teams to understand their marketing requirements, what has worked best, adapting where required and ensuring targets are achieved.

Responsibility towards managing, updating and improving the company’s website, and ensuring it is always up to date.

Collaborating with external stakeholders & community leaders to organize events that will bolster the image of the company, and open potential business and/or training streams.

Work alongside Principals and other Managers to provide them with the necessary support that will in turn help them achieve their targets.

Contribute to the operational and academic processes and policies of the organization.

Participate in projects and initiatives as requested and outlined.

To lead on the collection and use of trainees’ voice and employee feedback to help improve marketing & comms. activities used, and later amend in line with developments and the needs of the trainees & employees for successful outcomes and progress.

To create and quality assure a centralized storage space for all marketing collateral.

Requirements
Knowledge skills & experience
· Bachelor’s Degree – in a related area

· 5 years minimum experience in a similar marketing role

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows

· Strong knowledge of Adobe products – Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator

· Ability to work with websites

· Ability to use & leverage on Social Media platforms to achieve targets

· Proven collaborative working style, as you will be working to launch campaigns and projects into the business successfully

· Excellent presentation and workshop development and delivery skills

Energy and enthusiasm for working in a rapidly changing environment and ability to demonstrate flexibility in working
