Position:- MI Analyst / Management Information Analyst
Timings: 7 Am to 4 Pm
Our dedicated MI Analyst will be responsible for delivering a tailored suite of reporting and insights to the client. The responsibilities of this role include:
Extracting data from the client system and Avature where necessary to deliver the agreed reporting suite to relevant stakeholders
Responding to ad hoc reporting requests
Supporting additional reporting requests to provide insight into service delivery model governance and delivery against KPIs
Supporting in the delivery of accurate and timely invoicing in conjunction with our Financial Analyst
Responsibility of the Financial Analyst (Off site Hyderabad)
Responsible for ensuring accurate permanent hiring invoicing utilizing the DB Accounts Payable system, including the management of agency payments
Production of detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual management information reporting to key client stakeholders and the Resource Solutions board
Maintain a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting schedule which is reviewed on a regular basis.
Build and maintain a MI operations manual.
Work closely with the Account Director and Program Managers to provide analysis as required to support their roles
Provide information and statistics around site specific financial data, to include pricing and recruitment costs/savings
Source market intelligence to benefit the client.
Ensuring that all permanent hires are allocated to correct cost centres and management roll up
Designing and delivering Management Information to provide visibility on NFI and performance against SLA.
Working in partnership with the Operations Manager and Account Director to deliver Management Information that enables effective governance of the account.
Pulling together all of the relevant statistics and data for the Quarterly Business Reviews delivered by the Account Director.
Processing quarterly audits of cost centre approvers & report distribution lists with the nominated client representatives
Providing quarterly vendor statistics to assess overall vendor performance across the Permanent Recruitment Desks
Provision of account analysis and account reconciliation information to Financial Administrators that pertains to billing activities of Resource Solutions and Robert Walters
Monitoring financial account activity overdue by 60 days across all vendors
Responding to all ad hoc reporting requests in a timely manner.
Contribute to the preparation process for client reviews of Resource Solutions services to ensure SLA’s are being attained
Act as first point of contact for escalation issues relating to Financial Administrators
To ensure that all Resource Solutions billing to the client is correct and to troubleshoot any issues between Resource Solutions on-site team and the credit control function
Production of ad-hoc reports as and when required by the client and Resource Solutions Head Office
Formalising the reports produced to ensure consistency of data and presentation
Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.
