The Role
Operations Manager – Starbucks – Morocco

Working as an Operations Manager for Starbucks Morocco, you will be accountable for the growth of the Brand across the country, particularly in Casablanca, Marrakesh, Rabat, and Tangier. You will be responsible for the Brand P&L as well as the execution of the annual plan, and will cooperate with cross-functional teams in order to provide proper support to the business. Additionally, you will recruit, coach and lead a team of Starbucks Partners to ensure that stores provide the unique Starbucks experience to customers, and will be actively involved in new store openings.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need “Hand-On” operational experience, strong coaching skills, and a track record of leading successful and profitable multi-site operations. Particularly, we are looking for a candidate specialized in Food Services (QSR, cafes, casual-dining etc.) who optionally has experience with store openings and ad hoc projects management (catering, events). Fluency in both English and French languages is a necessity.
