The Role
Headquartered in Dubai and production in Italy, Kristina Fidelskaya is a contemporary luxury fashion brand. The Kristina Fidelskaya Collection consists of evening wear, dresses, coats, suits, jackets, and related pret-a-porter separates designed to empower the modern contemporary woman without compromising on femininity.
We are looking for an experienced and pro-active Head of Sales who will be able to strategise, drive and grow our business. The emphasis of the new role will be opening new doors whilst growing and nurturing the existing business, managing retail and wholesale performance.
Type: Full Time based in Dubai, UAE
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Maximising sales by growing local and international distribution, opening new and developing existing business
• Developing a long-term sales growth strategy for Wholesale and Retail Sales
• Nurturing relationships with international customers and supporting them with reorders and swaps as and when necessary
• Working closely with all departments across the business to ensure that orders and stock are managed efficiently and follows company’s growth strategy
• Collaborate with planning and buying to determine top line sales plan, achieve sales targets and gross margin targets.
• Booking and carrying out face to face sales appointments throughout markets.
• End of season and ongoing Sales Analysis
• Set and monitor objectives and KPIs with each Sales Associate to achieve Sales Targets and offer continuous leadership, support and direction
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience within luxury industry.
• Solid experience and understanding of international luxury markets
• Possess a strong network of buyers and other contacts in the industry
• Previous experience as a Buyer is an added advantage
• Proven sales experience
• Previous strategic sales growth experience
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• A team player with a dynamic approach
