The incumbent is expected to perform the followings:
Mandatory: Must be from BFSI industry, Broking preferred.
Job Location: Hyderabad & Chennai
Experience: 4-8 Years.
1. Acquire clients through networking, data base, market intelligence and references from existing clients.
2. Maintain revenue streams and product mix through Financial Planning and Cross Selling of Third Party Products.
3. Promote Focus Product of the month.
4. Maintain & presents MIS & Reports on weekly/Monthly basis.
5. Liaison with Central Dealing Desk and other Vertical Heads for revenue generation and query resolution.
6. Ensure individual and team performance as per norms.
7. Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate and motivate team members.
8. Retention of performing team members.
9. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch within the given guidelines, framework and budgets.
10. Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines.
Salary:INR 4,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A.
