Job Description:
End to End Implementation Experience
Possesses an expert understanding and prior exposure / experience in the following areas
User Interface: Ability to configure business roles, navigation bar, Transaction Launcher, and UI components. Familiarity with the Easy Enhancement Workbench and the Component Enhancement Concept.
Sales: Capable of configuring and executing CRM basic data transactions including account management, organization model definition, and product master configuration; CRM basic functions including partner determination, actions, ATP check, pricing, and incompletion control; and CRM business transactions including copy control, order management, activity management, and complaints.
Marketing: Capable of configuring and executing marketing transactions including Campaign management, Business Partner Segmentation, Personalized Mail Forms, Product Proposals, Campaign Automation, and Couponing.
Has a thorough understanding of the integration points to SAP ECC Sales and Distribution (SD) and a working knowledge of CRM Middleware
Should be able to Understand the Business Processes and related configurations to be done
Assess and recommend appropriate technology for solutions
Support & enhance solutions, continually looking for opportunity to improve efficiency & effectivness
Should have thorough Understanding of ASAP methodology
Works effectively with business users to establish tightly integrated processes and drive adoption of industry standards while leveraging standard SAP functionality.
