Job Responsibilities:
1.Participate in development of Pega based solutions.
2.Understand the requirement independently and implement the code.
3.Work closely with SA/BA/Architects to ensure requirements are well documented and clear
4.Be accountable for timely quality delivery of assigned modules
5.Provide appropriate status updates and track his/her own project assignments on routine basis
6.Actively participate in quality audits, reviews time to time
Essential Skills:
1.Min 4 years of experience in software development with hands on experience on PEGA PRPC.
2.Must have good experience in Oracle.
3.Must have worked on at least one Smart BPM project lifecycle.
4.Should have strong experience in development of Pega projects.
5.Good understanding of software engineering practices and architecture guidelines
6.Very good verbal and written communication skills
7.Extensive experience in skills Best Practices, Unit Testing, Risk Identification
8.Basic understanding of US healthcare
Desired Skills:
1.Hands-on technical on Pega PRPC.
2.Good understanding of Pega healthcare or related frameworks
3.Good knowledge of US healthcare domain
4.UHG enterprise application landscape understanding
