Job Description:
To apply for this position you need to be a Graduate with minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in Retail Operations/ Sales/ Business Development or similar profession.
We are looking for young enthusiastic people who have a very high customer service orientation and are dedicated to the motivation and development of their teams.
They will be responsible for efficient Store operation with a focus on revenue, profit targets, controlling expenses, controlling shrinkage and Inventory management.
Business acumen, process orientation and strong communication skills is key to this role.
