Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE (JOB SUMMARY):
To maintain the highest standards of Client Reporting for Invescos Institutional/ Retail Clients by being responsible for the administration of defined portfolios.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

Allocate work to Team members in preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Client Reports by coordinating the information from various applications/ teams to distribute accurate Client Reports within prescribed deadlines.
Responsible to ensure that all the reporting deadlines are met and internal KPIs are met
Ensure that Team strictly adheres to policies & procedures while working on reports and due diligence in completing the reports with highest standards.
Ensure that all the queries are duly attended and Manager is kept informed of significant issues.
Guide Team to keep all the Procedural documents up-to date and plan for process trainings for the new team members.
Identify practices (process & non process) that are/ are not working and make recommendations.
Create opportunities for Team members to provide input on procedures/ processes and share their expertise with other team members
Plan for appropriate Personal Development of the Team members and track the progress.
Monitor & motivate the team and responsible for team members professional development; assist the Manager in steering annual appraisals and conduct regular face to face meetings.

FORMAL EDUCATION:

MBA Or any professional qualification with finance as the major

WORK EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE:
Proven track record of leading a team, with experience in financial services domain, preferably in Asset Management industry
Understanding of Performance Calculations, with exposure to Investment Accounting
Understanding of Invesco Structure, along with Client Requirements

SKILLS / OTHER PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
