Job Description:
Achieve the sales revenue target in the assigned territory
Channel Development and Infrastructure (Dealers / Fabricators)
Monitor the performance of Dealers, Fabricators & take corrective actions
Encourage dealers/channel partners to store and display products
Relationship management with architects and builders is very important.
Initiate visits, address enquiries and regular follow up with Projects, architects, Interior Desingers and builders
Process Compliance
Aggressive execution of Sales programs (i.e. new schemes / promotions / trade engagement etc.)
Channel Management (Dealer/Fabricators) to improve productivity and sales capabilities.
Ensure optimum utilization of the territory by building up customer base / retailer network,
Increase market share of ones territory. Analyzing the market by collecting RTO Data
Timely Collection of the market information such as competitor activities & initiatives and analyze the same with the help of Area Sales Manager to pre-empt its impact on the business
Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Retail Market Expertise. Must be conversant with the local market & have the Sales Skills to achieve the Targets at the assigned territory.
Salary:INR 3,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A. Sales Incentive as per company norms applicable
