1. Call Co-ordination With Engineers and Customer
2. Updation of calls in Portal. Follow up of calls and closing the ticket in system
3. Reports Preparation in Excel Sheet
4. Mail Transactions With Customers, Engineers And RO/HO Team
5. Maintenance of Engineers attendance
