Job Description:

Preparation and updating of Warehouse related SOP
Initiation change control and Deviation related to Warehouse(all QMS related.
Ensuring the departmental personnel training related to activity and CGMP
Materials Receipt ,In wording and GRN Preparation and forwarding GRN To QC for Sampling
coordinating with QA during equipment qualification and Calibration.
Dispensing of Raw materials and Packing Materials for Production
Keep area cleaning as per GMP and Maintaining related Record for Warehouse
Coordination with QC for Sampling of Raw and Packing materials and Approval and Rejection of same.
Coordinating with Purchase for materials Receipt.
Periodically physical stock verification.
Planning of warehouse budget for financial year.
Planning of man power
Implementation of quality aspects, CAPAS.
Smooth functioning of warehouse activities.
Compliance of audit observations.
Simplify the procedures.
Online documentation in warehouse.
Compliance of procedures.
Preparation of URS for new equipments.
Planning of future capacity requirements.
Imparting Training to subordinates and new recruit.
