Tech Mahindra is looking for a highly creative designer for its new brand (an edTech startup). The individual will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand image through creative conceptualization, design, content, layout and illustration for a variety of traditional and online mediums.
What will your typical day be like?
1.You will be responsible for designing marketing collaterals/creatives such as-
Displays for social media platforms
2.Conceptualize the overall creative strategy for the venture to strongly establish its brand identity in the digital space.
3.Develop a brand manual illustrating the design language for the brand across all communication touch points.
4.Employing illustration, photography, type and color techniques to create stunning designs.
5.Conceptualizing and creating website/e-mail templates.
6.Creating and maintaining a brand identity across all social media platforms.
7.Designing and creating print and web related marketing material (banners, brochures, e-books, website layouts, identity design, and design for social media)
8.You will be liaising with the content writing and marketing teams to get designing briefs and execute the same.
9.You will keep abreast of the latest trends in designing and printing.
Salary: INR 4,00,000 – 6,50,000 P.A

Requisite Experience & Skills:
1.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Adobe creative suite (Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDraw, etc.)
2.A degree in Design, Animation, Fine Arts or similar. (Preference will be given to candidates who have passed out from Tier I universities)
3.An excellent eye for detail laying strong emphasis on accuracy and quality.
4.A strong aesthetic sense which includes (but is not limited to) color combination, composition, balance, symmetry, print designs, etc.
5.A thorough understanding of the typefaces that are user-friendly in nature.
6.A self-driven individual who can deliver within strict deadlines.
