PIL filed on EAMCET-II paper leak issue

A Public Interest Petition (PIL) was filed in Hyderabad High Court on the issue of leakage of EAMCET-II paper as the issue was dominated in political circle when it came to light recently.

 

An advocate Mahender Raju filed the PIL requesting to cancel EAMCET-II exams. The petitioner also urged the high court to give direction to investigating agency CID that hereafter the probe should be held under its supervision.

 

Meawhile, TJAC chairman Prof Kodandram termed the incident as unfortunate andĀ opposed cancellation of the examination as it would create confusion in thousands of students, who wrote this compitative examination. (NSS)
