Job Description:
Should have 12 years to 16 Years of strong technical experience.
Has handled CoE/Practice initiatives.
Drive solutions/PoCs with new technologies in Automation / Digital / Analytics / Middleware / DevOps areas.
Architecture experience in Enterprise applications.
Technically strong in Java and Web technologies.
Should be self-driven and have passion for innovation.
Should mentor a technical team of 10-15 members for design and implementation of PoCs/Frameworks.
Experience in working in Agile environment Good communication skills.
Good to have some publications/patents/Architect certifications/awards.
