Anti Corruption Bureau sleuths caught Mr. VVS Sai Baba, Deputy Project Director, ATMA, Khammam red-handed on March 9, when he was accepting Rs. 30000 from the complainant for issuing the cheque of pending salary of 12 months. The corrupt officer was produced in ACB court, Hyderabad.
