Ramesh Ranganathan is new acting Chief Justice of Hyderabad High Court

Hyderabad: The present acting Chief Justice of Hyderabad High Court, Justice Dilip Baba Sahab Bhosle retired on 31st July. He had suggested the name of Mr. Justice Ramesh Ranganathan, the senior most judge of Hyderabad High Court to succeed him.

President Pranab Mukherjee affixed his signature appointing him as Acting Chief Justice of Hyderabad High Court. Justice Ranganathan was born on 28th July 1958 in New Delhi. He obtained PG degrees in Commerce and Law. He also passed Chartered Accountant’s examination. He started his practice as an advocate in AP High Court in 1985 from 1996 to 2000. He worked as Govt. pleader from 2000 to 2004. He also served as Addl. Advocate General.
