The Role
On behalf of our Client, a professional services firm based in Dubai, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to manage their ME operations throughout the UAE and KSA. The company is very well-established, and cultivates a team-oriented environment and expects and rewards excellence. You will be responsible for developing and mentoring a team of three which includes two coordinators and one assistant.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Development, implementation and monitoring of the Middle East marketing strategy that supports objectives across networking, media, events, alumni, direct & web.
• Coordination and supporting the development of local office marketing plans, and working closely with local teams.
• Monitoring the company brand performance and guiding marketing efforts toward building a brand that supports the business/commercial agenda.
• Aligning and executing the marketing agenda by leading the internal communications
• Manage the Middle East marketing budget
Requirements
You must be able to develop strong interpersonal relationships with all team members across all levels within the business, and work with a large variety of personalities with different styles of work and priorities. Maintaining strong and long-lasting connections with key media liaisons and PR agencies is very important, as well as being a confident negotiator. It is essential that candidates can perform in a very fast-paced, constantly changing environment and be service and client focused.
Candidates must be educated to bachelor level with a minimum of 5 years in B2B Marketing, preferably within a professional services company. Complete fluency in English (oral and written) is required and Arabic is a plus. You must possess exemplary MS Office and general IT skills and have a high degree of project management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
