Description
Minimum Requirements:
•Law degree from a recognized University
•Qualified / Certified lawyer
•3+ years of relevant experience in-house legal departments in UAE.
•Well versed in commercial laws, rules and regulations of UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Accountability of managing all legal obligations of the company including advising on both corporate and commercial law.
•Proactively highlight and advise on commercial risks and benefits of contracts, ensuring best practice legal standards.
•Support team in legal administrative tasks, proof reading, and drafting to include as and when requested to prepare legal documents/drafts in response to the company, government, regulators and law enforcement enquires.
•Review and approve all commercial and corporate documentation
•Oversee and provide legal input on all proposed rules, policies, and other administrative proposals for all Business units.
•Ensure records are complete, accurate, and up to date and stored safely and that access to classified material is restricted
•Liaise with all business units and provide legal advice and assistance in a commercially accessible manner.
