Marketing / Business Development:

Senior Marketing Executive/Senior BDE:

1.Thorough knowledge on all the products offered by Manhattan Review
2.Responsible for Identifying areas to be campaigned, course wise
3.Responsible for listing the product wise colleges ,areas and other places that suits campaigning
4.Responsible for branch level marketing activities
5.Responsible for getting permissions to conduct seminars from various engineering and PG colleges.
6.Responsible for getting permissions to interact with TPOs, PROs and Principals to deal with on campus tie-ups.
7.Responsible for conducting seminars on his/her own for enquiry generation
8.Responsible for generating fresh data
9.Responsible for supporting the reporting branch in enquiry generation, event promotional activities and all other promotional related activities
10Coordinate with the Center Manager for branch promotional activities
11Knowledge sharing with new recruits
12..Regular interaction with Reporting Manager, Branch Manager and Counselor to and take the improve business.
13.Sharing innovative ideas with management for better enquiry generation
14.Willing to work anywhere in India.
15..Ready for conducting counseling sessions to the students if needed

Asst. Marketing Manager:

1.Thorough knowledge on all the products offered by Manhattan Review and also about Manhattan
2.Responsible for Identifying areas to be campaigned, course wise
3.Responsible for listing the product wise colleges ,areas and other places that suits campaigning
4.Responsible for getting permissions to conduct seminars at various engineering and PG colleges
5.Responsible for general campaigning, enquiries and promotional activities to establish the branch
6.Responsible for getting permissions to interact with TPOs, PROs and Principals.
7.Responsible for conducting seminars on his/her own for enquiry generation
8.Conducting mentors meeting.
9.Participating at engineering colleges’ event
10.Responsible for supporting the reporting branch in enquiry generation, event promotions activities, revenue generation and all other promotional related activities
11.Conducting campaigns for product open days
13.Conducting mentors meeting.
14.Counseling students and taking enrollments when center manager and counselors are not available at centers.
15.Out station marketing & campaigning
16.Promoting products at various educational fairs
17.Attending international education fairs to gather competitors information.
18.Supporting Business develop department for On campus CRT program
19.Collecting competitors information about BTL , Seminars , events & other center opening by competitor

Sales:

Counselor:

1.Getting updates on the next days activities from the manager in his/her absence
2.Responsible for sending daily reports
3.Taking care of the business in the absence of manager
4.Conducting ACS sessions as per the batch module, if required
5.To update the complete information in the INTERNAL (Right from the enquiry form info to the revenue generated for the day)
6.Registers maintenance (All 10 registers)
7.Updating the manager before COB on days activities
8.Submitting the daily account reports in the managers absence

Center Manager:

1.Meeting with sales and marketing team in the first hours to know about business and activities for the day
2.Road map for the days activity for the marketing executive
3.Walk-in status of yesterday
4.Expected revenue figure for the day
5.Monitoring the batch plan and the students attendance
6.Updating required information into the INTERNAL
7.Monitoring on tele enquiries to tele walk-ins and tele-callers lead conversion
8.File management (Updating all the registers)
9.Taking care of the branch ambience
10.Knowledge sharing to the counselor as and when it is needed
11.Responsible for day to day branch operations
12.Material procurement as per the need
13.Accepting the honors if the senior manager is on leave or otherwise
14.To submit daily accounting report (DAR)
