Job Description:
Desired Experience Range :
– Mandatory to have experience in Leading a Team
– 2+ years coding in Apex/VF,
– 2+ years with other OOP platforms (preference to cloud deployments)
Desired Competencies (Technical Competency)
1. Salesforce Developer / Admin Certification a plus (201,401)
2. Strong and proven experience in Salesforce.com application development (Apex, Visualforce and Web Services Integration)
3. Proficient skills using Salesforce Application Development, Salesforce Reporting and Analytics
4. Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services.
5. Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
6. Provide application users with technical support
7. Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, db schema is required.
8. Tools and Utilities Salesforce Data loader, Eclipse IDE, Ant
Good to Have :
1. Able to design complex SOQL and SOSL queries.
2. Experience with ETL Tools like Informatica or Cast Iron a plus
3. Proven ability to independently perform full life cycle applications development including requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation and documentation.
4. Exposure to Agile development methodologies a plus.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
6. Experience with Business Intelligence software including MicroStrategy, Oracle Apex, and Interfaces a plus.
7. Oracle SQL Developer, Visio, Informatica
Job Responsibilities:
– You will be responsible for development of web based applications.
– Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
– You will be involved in all the stages of architecture to development of our web-based web applications product.
– Document and develop code according to specifications and standards.
– Prepare test data and plan and conduct basic unit or module testing.
– Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis.
– Adhere to the set processes and follow diligently.
