Job Overview:
The person hired for the position of SAP GRC Access Controls/Process Control Consultant will help support the GRC team with various GRC Projects in existing and new projects pertaining to designing, building and documenting Access Controls Modules and Process Controls Functionalities such as designing new process controls and making improvements to existing controls for clients.
5 to 8 years of experience with SAP GRC is required.
Experience with majority of the following technologies (SAP ECC, BI/BW, BOBJ, CRM, SRM) is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP security design and implementation methodology is preferred.
Strong understanding of Internal Controls / Segregation of Duties Framework.
Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control and, with involvement in the solution blue-printing, and a high level understanding of the typical use cases.
Implementation experience with SAP GRC Access Control and GRC Process Controls is a must.
Experience with SAP Solution Manager or Netweaver would be preferred
Knowledge in business process controls e.g. Segregation of Duties and Sensitive Access Transaction issues.
Ability to lead a Process Controls Project by providing input throughout the software development lifecycle, and working with various cross-funcitonal teams to leverage GRC Process Controls functions.
Identify, prioritize and document risks and objectives and document processes and controls related to those risks and objectives.
Understanding of GRC Process Controls Master Data including MDUG functionality and Evaluation of Controls.
Ability to Build Surveys, Questionnaires for the various Evaluation Strategies in GRC Process Controls.
Ability to Design and Build Business Rules for Automated Controls as part of the Continuous Controls Monitoring Module of GRC Process Controls.
Ability to Configure and Test Manual/Automated and Semi-Automated controls and test plans.
Manage workflow configuration to align to the roles and responsibilities of the control owners and testers.
Identify control deficiencies and build suitable solutions for automated control or manual tests.
Good Knowledge of GRC Process Controls Issue Remediation controls documentation based on the top-down risk-based approach.
Demonstrates basic knowledge of the design, implementation, and/or assessment of controls, including an understanding of the systems implementation lifecycle, including configuring and optimizing business process controls and application security.
Demonstrates basic understanding of business processes related to core SAP and SAP GRC modules, including thorough knowledge of industry-specific modules/products and/or a proven record of success configuring and implementing within SAP GRC environments.
Assessing, recommending and configuring financial and operational controls around the SAP application for Pre- and post-implementation assurance reviews of the SAP implementation project and upgrades.
Atleast 3-4 End to End GRC Access Controls experience is required in addition to GRC Process Controls Experience.
