Hyderabad: Number of files pending with Waqf Board has reached to hundreds. After taking charge as Chief Executive Officer, M A Mannan Farooqui is exercising caution in solving Waqf issues and clearing files. Before clearing any file he is seeking all details about the matter.
Hundreds of files are piled up at the chamber of Chief Executive Officer. All the chairs present in the chamber meant for the visitors are being used to keep files. Mannan Farooqui says that he is avoiding decision on any controversial issue. He attributed the situation to the paucity of able and efficient workers in Waqf Board.
