Samastipur, Bihar: A whimsical Bihar man bit his wife’s wrist after being bitten by a venomous snake in order to be united till death.
He woke up last week to find out that he had been bitten by a snake and his condition deteriorated. In a sentimental state, he went up to his wife to tell her that he loved her and started biting her wrist, Indian Express reported
“He told me he loved me too much and want to die together before grabbing my wrist and sinking his teeth into it. I allowed him to do so,” the woman was quoted as saying. She added that he wanted them to remain united.
His last wish remained unfulfilled as doctors were able to save the woman with a timely treatment. “The woman could be saved as her treatment began on time. She is safe now,” Dr Jaykant told reporters on Monday.
In another bizarre incident at Begusarai district in Bihar, a krait crawled out from the school bag of a four-year-old boy of LKG, which had panicked the children.
