Mr. Syed Omer Jaleel IAS Secretary Minority Welfare Govt. of Telangana personally visited Daeratul Ma’arif, Osmania University on March 5. He collected details from Director Daeratul Ma’arif, Prof. Mahjabeen Akhtar. He especially reviewed the project sanctioned by central government under ‘Hamari Dharohar’ Scheme which will cover digitisation of manuscripts published by Daera, translation of its 240 publications and re-printing of old publications on offset printers. He directed to ensure transparency in all affairs.
On the occasion Prof. Mahjabeen Akhtar drew Secretary Minority Welfare’s attention towards long pending problems of Daeratul Ma’arif staff.
