Commercial Taxes Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Monday criticised Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for not visiting the spot in Tuni where violent incidents took place in connection with Kapu reservation agitation.
Expressing concern over the incident, Talasani said Naidu’s remained non-responsive to the incident in his own State even after 24 hours. He said Naidu’s decision of not visiting the spot in Tuni clearly shows the hollowness of his claim that he would reach Hyderabad from Vijayawada within half-an-hour if anything happens here. He said people should realise that only local party like TRS would be able help them during crisis and not an outside party like TDP. He appealed to the people to vote for development in GHMC elections on Tuesday. (INN)
