Technical Lead will be responsible for designing the overall architecture, technical delivery and management of large projects. This role involves in-depth understanding of HRMS processes across various modules and the ability to define various strategies (conversions, reporting and integrations) and leading teams. As the technical architect, you will both drive and manage teams of various sizes and interact closely with various teams (functional, PMO, testing).
7 12 years of experience as a technical consultant with experience in either HCM Cloud, EBS, PeopleSoft or Workday.
3+ years working with Oracle HCM Cloud Solutions (Core HR, Benefits, Talent)
Experience in HR processes, having worked on more than two projects in the HR process domain in a technical capacity in any of the following modules is preferred – Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time and Labor
Able to manage/deliver large projects, including experience planning and estimating large ERP implementation projects
Able to author strategy documents for Instance, Conversions, Integrations, Reporting, Performance and Cut-Over
SME in designing and architecting solution for integrations of applications using middleware, web services and point-to-point integrations
Should be able to access and suggest solution for tuning the performance of the overall system
Should have clear understanding on how to manage quality in large projects
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Ability to articulate technical issues in business terms and vice-versa.
Should have played Tech Lead roles that involve creating work plans, coordination with different teams, being hands on with reviews and shaping the entire technical delivery for projects
Following skills is required – Ability to code, write tech specs, perform reviews, understand integration strategies, write interfaces, perform data conversions, understand how HR application interfaces with other modules / third party applications, provide project statuses, ensure quality deliverables and understands the project lifecycle.
Experience with at least two HR implementation project
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Should have experience of working and leading in large and/or disparate teams in global delivery model.
Expertise in one or more of the following technologies:
HDL and/or PBL
BI reports and/or HCM extracts
Taleo Client Connect (TCC)
Integrations using middleware
Web services SOAP/REST/Atom feeds
