Traffic diversion at Rahmat Nagar for 25 days

In view of laying paver blocks by the GHMC on Karmika Nagar Main Road near Huts to Chilla in Rahamath Nagar, it was proposed to close the road between Rahamath Nagar and Sriram Nagar at Karmika Nagar huts for 25 days and the general public are advised to take alternative routes in order to avoid inconvenience.

The following traffic diversions will come into force from May 18. Traffic coming from Rahamath Nagar and proceeding to go towards Sriram Nagar will have to take diverted route towards GTS Colony, Rajeev Nagar Junction, Left turn and merge with the regular route at Prime Gardens Function Hall.

Traffic coming from Moti Nagar and intending to go to Rahmath Nagar will have to take left turn at Prime Gardens Function Hall towards Rajeev Nagar Junction, take right turn towards GTS Colony and proceed towards Rahmath Nagar and merge with regular route. RTC buses and heavy vehicles, which ply via Karmika Nagar towards Borabanda shall take diverted route from Yousufguda Basti towards Krishnakanth Park, Kalyan Nagar Jn, Left turn towards GTS Colony, Rajeev Nagar Jn, left turn towards Prime Gardens Function Hall and merge with the regular route.

RTC Buses and heavy vehicles which ply from Borabanda to Rahamath Nagar stretch via Karmika Nagar will have to take left turn at Prime Gardens Function Hall, Sriram Nagar towards Rajeev Nagar Jn, take right turn towards GTS Colony, Kalyan Nagar Jn and proceed towards Yousufguda Basti and proceed further. The general public is requested to co-operate with traffic police till the road restoration. (NSS)
