A 65-year-old woman was killed on the spot after she was hit by a RTC bus.
The accident occurred near Shamirpet crossroad on Sunday night. The deceased was later identified as A. Shobhamma. Shamirpet police have registered a case against RTC bus driver.
In another case, S. Rambabu, 55, died on the spot after he was hit and run by an unidentified vehicle near Bata Singaram on Sunday night. He was a resident of Srikrishna Nagar in Yousufguda and an employee of a private firm. (INN)
