A 30-year-old car driver committed suicide in Pahadishareef police limits.
The deceased, A. Bhaskar Reddy, resorted to the extreme step by hanging to a tree near Brindavan Colony on Monday morning. Preliminary enquiries by the police revealed that Bhaskar had not visited his house in Netaji Nagar since last two days.
In another case, Durga Prasad, 23, succumbed to the burn injuries which he had sustained after setting himself ablaze. He took the extreme step on April 30 at his residence in Moosapet and died at Gandhi Hospital on Sunday night, according to KPHB Police.
The reasons behind suicide are yet to be ascertained in both the cases. (INN)
