New Urdu Channel on the horizon

A new Urdu Channel will soon be added in the media galaxy. Although the channel was recently launched on experimental basis however it will be formally launched on January 7. Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali will be the chief patron of the TTV channel while his son Mohammed Azam Ali will be the supervisor.

Mr. Mahmood Ali said though there are quite a few cable channels in Urdu but TTV aims at creating awareness of schemes and reach out to beneficiary groups. He claimed that there is no political or commercial motive behind the channel and is being launched solely with the spirit of serving minorities and Urdu language.
