Develop strategy and plan to ensure achievement of hub sales, profitability, recruitment & retention, PI, collections targets.
Accountable for growth and retention of Key and Core Accounts.
Develop mechanism and monitor achievement of better price increase, collections and receivables.
Monitor and control expenditure and overheads
Collection, Price Increase, Revenue growth, Operations Management.
Directly accountable for planning and organizing hub operations.
Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor all functions like Sales, Procurement, administratively as per defined budget requirements.
Build effective customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and promote company’s image.
