Urgent Requirement : Executive Assistant To COO In Hyderabad

Job Description:

The individual will be solely responsible for the following :

Prepare letters/drafts/meeting agendas/reports/ memos/MoMs and other documents.
Managing COO mailbox
Coordinate with Operations & Delivery team in generating reports
Provide secretarial support, maintaining a meeting calendar and keeping concerned staff informed of the same.
Arrange meetings/video calls/Skype or WebEx discussions.
To set reminders for assigned tasks, coordinate the workflow and prioritize tasks per COOs requirement.
Maintain a general filing system & back-up databases as advised.
Handle confidential data and documents for COO.
Performing all other assignments as assigned by COO from time to time.
Attend team meetings (in COOs absence), prepare minutes and report updates – per COO requirement.
Follow-up with concerned team for work related activities and collating details for review.
Obtain status updates for various projects – as prioritized by COO in her absence.
Proof-reading, formatting documents, reports, presentations for COO review.
Managing banking tasks and payments/expenses/petty cash (as per requirement).
Planning and executing itineraries and related bookings (as per requirement).

Salary: INR 4,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A.
